Faculty Career Development
These workshops, seminars, and resources focus on career success and promotion for faculty at all career stages.
We organize Faculty Career Development sessions for full-time faculty on a variety of topics including panels with mid-career and senior faculty; a presentation by the Vice Provost for Faculty Affairs on the tenure process; and other topics.
In partnership with Columbia, NCFDD offers free professional development webinars, programs, courses, tools, and community opportunities focused on writing and research productivity, career advancement, mentoring, leadership development, wellbeing, and more.
The Ivy+ FAN Virtual Colloquia organizes virtual dialogues for faculty and administrative leaders from across the Faculty Advancement Network, a 12-school consortium that advances excellence at scale through a thriving professoriate.
