Daniela is a doctoral student in the Psychology department. Daniela earned her B.A. in Psychology from Columbia University. She then worked as a lab manager at the University of Connecticut where her work focused on data-driven predictive modeling of adolescent psychopathology and prosocial behavior. Currently, Daniela is interested in investigating the contextual and neural mechanisms that shape socio-emotional development, particularly how early life experiences may promote or hinder the development of social and regulatory competencies and mental health. Daniela seeks to integrate neuroimaging, physiological, and behavioral measures to answer these questions.
