Columbia University Accreditation

 

Columbia University is an accredited institution and a member of the Middle States Commission on Higher Education (MSCHE, www.msche.org). MSCHE has affirmed Columbia University’s compliance with all standards for accreditation and, on March 12, 2026, reaffirmed the University’s accreditation. The University will provide a further report to MSCHE in September 2026 with respect to campus climate, campus safety, and compliance with applicable laws. The University’s next evaluation visit is scheduled for 2032-2033.
