Restoring Equilibrium in Times of Stress

March 10, 2021
2:00 PM - 3:30 PM

Working from home and juggling family responsibilities amid the backdrop of COVID-19 and national political turmoil, faculty are experiencing unique and sustained stresses that impact their relationships. In this session, led by renowned executive coach Patricia Hayling Price, participants will explore their Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) type, gain insight into their individual triggers and unique stress “grip response,” and learn strategies to return to equilibrium.

Note: the MBTI assessment is a prerequisite for this session. If you have not already taken the test, there is a free version here. You should allow 15-30 minutes to complete it.

Each individual grip report will be sent via e-mail. Like types will partner to share their experiences.

Patricia Hayling-Price is an executive coach and leadership development expert and founder of Live Work Strategize, LLC. She has over two decades of experience working with students, managers, and CEOs, helping them to build their sensitivity to interpersonal dynamics and to communicate with authenticity and confidence.
