Designed to fit into your lunch break, each facilitated conversation will include an opening talk, a mindfulness meditation experience, and a closing discussion. Sessions are open to those who are curious about the 8 pillars of happiness, interested in professional development, are new to meditation, or are seasoned practitioners.

Sharon Salzberg, is a central figure in the field of meditation, a world-renowned teacher and NY Times bestselling author. With her colleagues, Sharon established the Insight Meditation Society (IMS) in Barre, Massachusetts, which now ranks as one of the most prominent and active meditation centers in the Western world. Sharon has written several books on mindfulness and related topics and is a regular columnist and contributor to publications such as On Being and The Huffington Post and hosts her own podcast, The Metta Hour.
