Dialogue Across Difference, part of the Values in Action initiative, is designed to foster a resilient and inclusive community of learners among students, faculty, and staff and to engage with diverse perspectives and navigate challenging conversations with a shared commitment to mutual understanding and respect.

Join Columbia Business School professors Todd Jick and Bruce Usher for a conversation on fostering constructive dialogue, a pivotal theme from their course, "Bridging the American Divides." The focus of this session will be on providing business leaders with insights into navigating polarization in the workplace and wider society as well as uncovering approaches for productive discussions on socio-political challenges.

Lunch will be provided for registered attendees as supplies last.
