The U.S. African American Racial Redress Network is a collaborative initiative between Columbia University’s Institute for the Study of Human Rights and Howard University’s Thurgood Marshall Civil Rights Center. The Network will convene those working on redress within higher education institutions and members of affected communities for a public discussion to examine methodologies, identify challenges and successes, and explore avenues of support. The Network aims to contribute to the greater dialogue on U.S. human rights and the need to advance racial justice.
