Molly Wayne joined the Office of Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action (EOAA) as Associate Director of Investigations in September 2017. Molly serves as a neutral fact-finder to conduct formal investigations and assess possible violations of University policy when allegations of discrimination, harassment, or gender-based misconduct are made against the University’s staff or faculty. Molly also facilitates alternative resolutions and conducts applicable training programs for the various University constituencies.
Before joining EOAA, Molly served as outside legal counsel to higher education institutions, primarily in the areas of education law and employment litigation. Molly also gained significant investigative experience serving as a white collar and sex crimes prosecutor, where she tried over 25 felony jury trials.
