Kelsey Espada
Kelsey joined the Office of the Provost as Assistant Director of Faculty Inclusive Excellence in April 2024.
Prior to this role, she worked in Graduate Admissions at Columbia University School of Professional Studies. She supported Master’s Degree programs along with the HBCU Fellowship Program. She also worked with two local non-profit organizations in New Jersey focusing on development and fundraising for underserved populations. Her main focus was volunteer management, cultivating relationships and stewardship of donors, and event planning. Her professional interests include DEI initiatives within higher education, supporting first generation students and peers, helping others realize the power of education and resources available, providing support to marginalized communities, and leading by example within nonprofit organizations.
She holds a Master’s Degree in Nonprofit Management from Columbia University School of Professional Studies and a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations from Rider University.
