Alice M. Lesman

Alice Lesman joined the Office of Work/Life in September 2008 as Director of Housing Information and Referral. She is responsible for counseling Columbia affiliates on relocation, real estate, and housing concerns. Alice provides individual consultations on renting or purchasing apartments and homes within commuting distance of Columbia University campuses.

Before joining the Office of the Provost, Alice managed the relocation department in a large, international financial institution. Additionally, Alice was an interior architect for many years.

She received her bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Pace University, and a master’s degree. in Interior Architecture from Pratt Institute. Additionally, she is a member of the Employee Relocation Council (ERC), where she is a Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) and Global Mobility Specialist (GMS).
